Data Limite: Renovação do Termo de Acordo até 30 de novembro de 2010
O prazo de vigência dos termos de acordo expirará em 31/12/2010. É oportuno lembrar que a renovação não se processa de forma automática. As empresas que tenham interesse em permanecer no regime, devem manifestar essa intenção protocolando seus pleitos para continuar a usufruir do regime especial de tributação, impreterivelmente, até 30/11/2010. É de suma importância que o associado proceda uma análise bastante criteriosa do desempenho.
